This was so great to read! When my grandmother lived with us near the end of her life, my mom sacrificed so much to take care of her and, as she gets older, it’s something I think about a lot. We used to drive to a local Dunkin and drink coffee and eat donuts in the parking lot after work/school, just to get a mental break before going back home and relieving the nurse. Not as productive as your time exercising, but still so vital and such a formative memory for me. Thanks for writing about this!
