I love your content, especially related to anxiety, it is so accessible and reinforces a lot of what I work on in therapy. I always wanted to subscribe but never had the money. So I'm really happy! I'd be really interested to read some content I remember you sharing about growing up with a siblings who have mental health problems? But honestly anything at all would be great 😊
